Start on time! To avoid time pressure and rush costs, we recommend choosing your dress 12 to 9 months before your wedding, especially if you want to use our atelier service.
Less than 9 months? We are happy to help you find a beautiful wedding dress, but our studio schedule may be full, which means that adjustments have to be made externally.
Covers Bridal Couture is located at Choorstraat 25 in the heart of Utrecht city centre. The shop is easily accessible by both public transport and car. We advise you to park in the parking garage Hoog Catharijne P5, Utrecht.
- Purchase appointment: bring up to 4 guests to celebrate this moment together.
- 1st fitting appointment: bring a maximum of 2 guests.
- Pick-up appointment: bring a maximum of 2 guests.
At Covers Bridal Couture, we work by appointment only. Our stylists take extensive time for each bride to ensure she feels secure and has an unforgettable day. Want to make an appointment right away? By ticking off a number of characteristics that the wedding dress of your dreams should meet, you will be shown a wide selection of matching dresses. Of course, we advise you to really try on the dress for the best experience. The stylists give appropriate advice so that together you arrive at the perfect match!
Our 'made-to-order' dresses cost between €2,000 and €5,500. On our designer page you can also view wedding dresses by designer. That way, you'll know exactly which designers are within your budget.
At Covers Bridal Couture, an appointment lasts 2 hours. This gives us enough time to get to know you a little better, give personal advice and arrive at 'the wedding dress' together.
We always schedule 1 hour for a first fitting.
Once you have chosen your dress you make a deposit of 50%, at the first fitting appointment the next 40% and last 10% you pay when you come to pick up your dress and it fits perfectly.
It is possible to pay by pin, cash or credit card. We do not accept American Express.
We always work with Puress for wedding dress cleaning. They will pick up your dress and return it neatly after cleaning. They also make sure that every sequin, bead or embroidery remains intact and that the fabric does not shrink. Should your dress be slightly damaged after the wedding, they will repair these minor damages for you free of charge.
Check out our designers in advance so you know what styles are present in the shop and you know what you like.
- Purchase deal: wear seamless skin-coloured underwear
- 1st fitting appointment: bring your wedding shoes so we can determine the correct length of the dress. Also bring the right underwear you want to wear under the dress.
- Pick-up appointment: bring your wedding shoes and proper underwear
We would like to stress that it is important to wear neutral, or no make-up so that our dresses stay clean.
